Exceptions in National Legislation

At request of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) the Secretariat of WIPO commissioned a study on copyright limitations and exceptions for the benefit of (VIPs).  The study was presented to Member States at the 15th session of the SCCR, and provides a comprehensive survey of the national legislation of 57 countries which provide specific exceptions and limitations for VIPs.
