How to Participate in TIGAR

Participants may be trusted intermediaries or right holder organizations.  At present, organizations are able to sign up to participate in the TIGAR Fast Track Approach by agreeing to and signing the Fast Track Memorandum of Understanding.   The expectations of participating organizations are set out in the Fast Track Guide.

Trusted Intermediaries

Organizations whose activities include facilitating access to protected works in accessible formats for the blind, visually impaired and other persons with print disabilities and that satisfy the Trusted Intermediary (TI) Participation Criteria can request to participate in the TIGAR network by completing the TI Participation Application Form.

Right Holder Organizations (RHs)

RHs are most likely to be publishers, or organizations like Publishing Associations or Reproduction Rights Organizations who act on behalf of publishers and other rightsholders.
